Suggest this program to a person and the next question out of their mouth will be you guessed it, Yeah, but does LA Weight Loss Really Work?  LA Weight Loss is a franchised company with centers in just about every major city worldwide. Their signature program is geared around the fact that they offer individual counseling, specific diets and exercise plans for a more personalized weight loss experience.

The program consists of an initial free consultation with a personal counselor who evaluates your current weight, eating habits and lifestyle.  If you decide to join their program you will have several visits with your counselor and he/she will develop a diet program based on your life style, existing weight, and goal weight. Each week your enrolled in the program you meet with your counselor to receive motivational coaching, portion advise, and a exercise plan until you reach your goal weight or your enrollment period ends. Program costs range from the low 0’s for the basic program into the 00’s for the all-inclusive program. Program cost is determined mainly by three factors, initial program choice, the amount of weight you want to lose and menu selection.

The LA weight loss program like most consists of suggested portions of protein, dairy, fruits and vegetables combined with specialty food products and supplements only available to LA Weight Loss customers.  Their counselors tell us that using their program, selected meals and supplements you can lose weight 2 to 3 times faster than other programs or traditional diets and continue to keep the weight off.  

The bottom line is the LA Weight Program has helped people lose weight. It’s only major draw back is  the cost. You need to have 0 to 00+ dollars of free cash floating around in order to be able to enroll in their program. They do of course offer financing but the thought of making payments on my weight loss has me reaching for the Oreo’s and wondering which last’s longer.
